TOC NETWORK Return & Refund Policy


At TOC NETWORK, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
Returns


Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
    Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used medical devices (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged/misused products (unless defective upon arrival)

How to Return:

1. Contact us at support@tocn.ca for a Return Authorization
2. Pack item securely in original packaging
3. Ship to our return address (provided upon authorization)

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method

Conditions:

  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • Restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) for replacement or refund. Photos of damage/defect may be required.

Exchanges
We’ll happily exchange defective/wrong items. Contact us to arrange.
